The Couple: Mark and Lexie

But after they finally manage to save a patient, and Meredith has a breakthrough in therapy, they finally realize that their moment has come. After searching everywhere for Meredith, Derek returns home to his trailer and finds her on his land, surrounded by candles. She's laid out the plan for their dream house. And after letting her yell at him for a minute about how she can't believe she did something so corny and how mad she is at him for being late,and how she's still scared of what could happen to them, he kisses her. And they decide that it's finally time to be extraordinary together, instead of being ordinary apart.
